I don't typically read blogs.
But Hamina is the kind of person you meet once or twice in a lifetime. She has stories worth telling, especially if you want a couple chuckles here and there at the end of a hard day.
I've known her for several years now, and she is the type of person who always has a great, sometimes cringe-worthy, story to tell. Her stories would make you laugh, make you cry - probably both at the same time.
She first came up with the idea of writing a blog years ago, but because of her religious beliefs and culture, she is not allowed to enter the vast world of social media - YouTube, Facebook, or even blogs. But trying to bottle her up is like trying to keep a lid on a nuclear bomb.
We tossed around the idea of doing a blog together, but abandoned it until a year later when we met up again in a college.
Trust me, if you don't believe that someone can be both down-to-earth and have her head in the clouds (leading to a series of trips, falls, and laughter) keep an eye out for our blog.
